Things to know Please arrive with bare nails unless you are getting a fill. To ensure the quality of your set I do not work over other techs work because I cannot guarantee the set will last. Failure to book a soak you will be refused and charged 50% of your service. If you book a soak off or other services and no longer need the extra service please let me know 48hrs in advance or you will still be charged for the extra hour booked. Remember fills are the same color as you previously had. If you’d like a new color, shape or design you will need a full set unless keeping the same base color. Do NOT arrive for a full set if you have nails on already. REMEMBER to book a soak off. Tardiness Scheduled appointments have a 10 minute grace period to allow for traffic snarls or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 10 minutes, please text ahead to see if I have the availability to complete your service in full. This will also result in $25 late fee. One late client can throw off my entire schedule and cause my other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, i reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services as well as charging the card on file for 70% of the service. Cancellations/ reschedules Appointments can be cancelled 48 hours in advance by texting 352-396-0511. Please give at least 48 hours notice so that i have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on my waiting list. After the 48 hour mark the card on file will be charge 70%of the service. No Shows If you make an appointment that you don't cancel and don't show up for, I reserve the right to charge a 100% service fee in addition to requiring a non-refundable deposit on your next appointment. Any recurring appointment no shows will result into being banned from booking. Health If you are sick, please call to reschedule your appointment in the correct time frame to avoid cancellation charges. I have a child and immune compromised individuals as clients, and I do not want to put their health at serious risk by passing viruses and cold germs on to them. Additionally, if you have a potentially contagious condition on your hands or feet, signs of a fungus or wart for example, I cannot provide services to you without the express written consent of a physician. I also cannot perform services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have a condition on your hands or feet that you think is suspect, please notify of me before the service begins, and I will advise you on whether or not services can be legally and safely performed. Children I love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. I use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children under 15 who are not receiving nail services, please keep them safe and leave them at home with a sitter. Payment I take all forms of credit cards and debit cards and cash. Please ensure you have payment with you before you arrive for services. If you are not satisfied with your nails, I will happily fix them. If you leave the salon without paying, I will contact the police and prosecute theft of service to the fullest extent of the law. Refunds If you are not happy with your nails, please make me aware of it before you pay. I will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. Absolutely no cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon. Guarantee Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 3 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 3 days, please text me to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 3 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $8 each. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Surveillance For your safety, and mine, the premises are monitored with digital video surveillance. We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To: • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious. • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area. • Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services • Anyone more than 10 minutes late for an appointment • Rude, mean, or disrespectful peopleBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
•Please remember to cancel before the 48hr mark or a service charge totaling 70% of the service will be applied to the card on file. Same day cancellations & no shows will result in a service fee totaling 100% of the service.
Failure to apply service charge will result in a no show fee = banned from future services.
